Sourced Co. Turns 2!

The first year of a business is like a giant experiment. You have a hypothesis about your product, business model, and potential customers and you spent pretty much every waking moment testing it like a mad scientist. If I change this, what happens? If I do that, how does impact things? Year two feels different. Because, you’ve got early results and an idea about which experiments were a bust and which ones felt a bit like magic. And, our second year was full of some exciting days in the lab!

This past year has definitely been a year of growth. We’ve grown as a business, as a team, as individuals. We hit the road and started attending events as a team. We established a new (and more grown up) groove. We’ve checked off a lot of those boring business tasks that kept getting kicked down the road. And, in a time of extreme challenge for businesses around the world, everything we’ve worked to build is holding up so we can still serve you—and we’re really effing proud of that.

There are countless moments that mean something in the experiment of business. The moments of teamwork, leadership, collaboration, inspiration, problem solving, successes—the list goes on. And, while we managed to document a lot of them, here are just some of our favorites from the last 12 months of the Sourced Co. experiment!
